This delicious activity includes:
An informative and entertaining tour of the maple syrup production facilities and artisan bakery upon arrival.
Traditional musical entertainment during the meal. The musician will even teach you the rudiments of the wooden spoons! (Included in the price of the meal if 80 people are present in the dining room at the time of your reservation*)
A horse-drawn shuttle from parking lot to main building. (Included in the price of the meal if 100 people are present in the dining room at the time of your reservation*)
The company of other French-language learners who will make the effort to share this cultural experience en français!
All-you-can-eat table service including the following menu items:
- Bread baked fresh on site
- Traditional pea soup
- Soufflé omelette
- Country-style sausages
- Molasses beans
- Old-fashioned mashed potatoes
- Pancakes with maple syrup
- Homemade marinades
- Maple glazed ham
- Tea and coffee
* Note: This is a very popular sugar shack and it is very likely that there will be over 100 reservations on March 8.
